Thank you for your interest in Victoria Park Resort! We are south Orlando’s newest luxury getaway close to all of Central Florida’s greatest attractions. Victoria Park Resort was completed in 2009 and features fully furnished luxury villas for your enjoyment. We are a limited – service resort that offers an unlimited amount of amenities!

Check in is at 3:00pm, Check out is at 10:00am.

Hours of Operation: Victoria Park Resort’s front office is open 7 days a week from 9:30am to 6:00pm.

Age Requirements: Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book a room at Victoria Park Resort. On arrival, the lead guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-in, and have government issued identification showing proof of identity and age.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made within 72 hours of arrival to avoid a charge equivalent to one night’s stay and tax. A no show will also result in a charge equal to one night’s stay and tax. Arrival date changes within 14 days prior to arrival may be allowed without additional charge over non-peak periods at the resort’s discretion, subject to availability.

Taxes: All bookings are subject to 12% sales tax.

Amenity Fee: At Victoria Park Resort, guests will have access to all of the amenities including the resort style pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, dog walk, cyber café, coffee bar, game room, billiards tables, arcade games, indoor air-conditioned basketball court, fitness facility, table tennis, and more for a mandatory daily fee of $4.99 USD.

Departure Cleaning Fee: At Victoria Park Resort, guests will enjoy all the comforts of luxury vacation villas, which range from approximately 850 sq ft to 1,341 sq ft. This deluxe home away from home experience requires a one-time departure cleaning fee of $65.00 USD for one bedroom units, $75.00 USD for two bedroom units, and $85.00 for three bedroom units payable locally at the resort on arrival.

Pets: Victoria Park Resort is pet friendly! A maximum of 2 pets per villa is allowed. A nonrefundable deposit of $199.00 USD is required at check-in. Unauthorized pets at Victoria Park Resort will result in a minimum $250 additional cleaning charge and eviction from the resort. Guest assumes all liability for damages to the unit and property caused from pets, as determined by management.

Smoking: All buildings and guest Villas are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas only, such as breezeways and the clubhouse patio. Smoking in guest Villas will result in a minimum $200 additional cleaning charge.

Credit Card and Deposit Policy: At the time of booking the resort will require payment of room, tax and applicable fees. A major credit card must be presented at check-in to cover any incidental charges. A preauthorized damage deposit charge of $200 will be completed at check-in, and canceled on check-out subject to confirmation of no room damage or missing items.

Acceptable forms of payment: Bookings may be secured using a major credit card. At the resort, major credit cards are accepted. Personal checks are not accepted.

Maintenance: Please contact the office for any maintenance issues at 863-256-5020.

After hours check in: Please remember that we are a limited service resort and close our front office at 6pm every day. If you plan on arriving after 6pm, please contact our front desk at 863-256-5020 during normal business hours prior to your arrival, to coordinate late check in procedures.

Access to the property: You must enter your personal 4 digit gate code and then the pound sign (#) to gain access to the property at Victoria Park Resort. The gate entry call box is located at the guard house. Our gates open at 6:30am and close at 7:00 pm. For any maintenance emergencies please call 863-256-5020.

Access to your suite: Victoria Park Resort’s suites are equipped with electronic keypad locks. To access your suite you must enter your 4-digit room code. After you enter your code, the top button on the keypad will blink green, and you’ll hear the deadbolt release mechanism. While the light is blinking green, rotate the thumb turn towards the center of the door to release the deadbolt. Now you will be able to open the door by turning the handle. When leaving your unit, YOU MUST RE-ENTER THE CODE to activate the deadbolt and lock the unit. After entering your code, rotate the thumb turn towards the deadbolt strike plate to lock the door.

Access to the Amenities: Victoria Park’s cyber lounge, coffee bar, game room, fitness center, and basketball court are open from 5:30am-11:30pm, 7 days a week. To gain access you must place the white access card in front of the gray receivers located by each door. When the red light on the gray receiver beeps and turns green, the door is unlocked. ALL AMENITY ACCESS CARDS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE UPON DEPARTURE OR GUEST WILL INCURE A $25.00 USD CHARGE PER CARD. If you are departing before our office opens, please place the access cards in the secured rent drop box located on the left hand side of the main doors to the office.
